GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

  1. All reservations must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day reservations, please contact us by phone.
  2. Guests must arrive on time for their reservation. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reserved time.
  3. Beach club facilities (pool, loungers, umbrellas) are exclusively for restaurant customers.
  4. Children must be supervised by adults at all times, especially near pool and beach areas.
  5. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  6. Proper attire is required: swimwear is acceptable in pool/beach areas, but cover-ups are required in the restaurant dining area.
  7. If your group exceeds the maximum table capacity, please contact us by phone to check availability.
  8. Service times may vary depending on occupancy and weather conditions.

CONTRACT CONDITIONS

  • The customer agrees to read and follow all venue rules and regulations stated in this policy.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behavior is inappropriate or disruptive to other customers.
  • Failure to comply with venue guidelines may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
  • Any customer who violates these rules will be held accountable under Spanish law.
  • The establishment is covered by Civil Liability insurance.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

IMPORTANT: All bookings will be paid at the venue. Please arrive on time for your reservation.

  • Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Groups larger than standard table capacity require special arrangements and may have different cancellation policies.

DAMAGES AND LOST ITEMS

In case of damage to venue property caused by negligence or misuse, repair or replacement costs must be paid at the establishment.

LOST PROPERTY

  • The establishment is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Any lost property will be held for 30 days before disposal.
